Kirsten Holmson, MSCN, MA-Psych

I understand that navigating the vast amount of conflicting information surrounding nutrition can be overwhelming. You can trust me as a reliable and knowledgeable source of nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

My approach is rooted in a commitment to my family's health and a strong belief in using FOOD as the foundation for overall well-being. I recognize that many of today's health challenges stem from imbalances in the body’s physiological systems, and I am convinced that these can be addressed and improved through proper nutrition and thoughtful lifestyle changes. My journey into functional nutrition began with helping loved ones manage medical diagnoses such as depression, ADHD, anorexia nervosa, endometriosis, Alzheimer’s disease, cardiovascular disease, and hypothyroidism.

This is not simply about offering nutritional coaching—it's a comprehensive, holistic approach.

As a trained holistic practitioner, I have undertaken an extensive and rigorous study of food, sleep, movement, stress management, and nutrition therapy for chronic conditions. This enables me to provide in-depth, tailored nutrition recommendations that go beyond what traditional providers are often trained to offer.

Most importantly, I practice what I preach.

You’ll find me exercising at the gym, shopping at the farmer’s market, preparing nutrient-dense meals for my family and friends, and consistently staying up-to-date with the latest nutrition research. While nutrition can be complex and social media often complicates matters, I believe the fundamental principles for long-term health are relatively straightforward.

I am here to help you navigate through the confusion and empower you to make informed decisions for your health.
