Consults are the first step to see if Kirsten is able to help you. During a 15-minute consult, we will go over your health goals and concerns. Kirsten will determine if your case is one she can start on right away or if you need a referral. Once that determination is made, you get to decide where your journey is headed!

All new clients begin with a 90 minute preliminary assessment over a two-day period. The first appointment is an hour-long fact finding session where you and Kirsten will have an in-depth conversation to assess your current health status and health goals. The second appointment will be 30 minutes long and within one week of your first appointment. During this appointment we will go over findings from your first appointment, intake paperwork, and lab panels. You will receive your fully personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

Ongoing support is available through stay-on-track appointments.

This is an important follow-up consult to check on progress & test results. We will review your treatment plan, offer support & coaching, and provide further recommendations. This appointment is key to ensuring you stay on track and continue along your health path to achieve optimal health.
